How do I enable WordPress debug mode?
Find wp-config.php in the main WordPress folder using an FTP client or your hosting file manager. Open it and find this line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
Replace it with:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Save the file. WordPress will now print PHP errors, which helps our developers understand the problem. Turn it back to false once you have copied the error message into your ticket, since debug output should not be left on for a live site.
