Refund policy for custom development and services
The 14-day guarantee applies to products only. Custom development and other services are governed by the terms below.
We are in the business of technology development and its services. We do not offer any tangible product to our clients which can be returned for a refund.
Client accepts, agrees and acknowledges that custom work shall be executed based on a complete analysis and scope document. This is a prerequisite so that the developer's team has a full understanding of the work needed, and the chances of project cancellation or termination are avoided. If the client is unable to finalize the analysis and scope document, the client agrees and acknowledges that the developer shall never be held responsible for any refund. Custom work is executed under milestones (modules) which are taken as the basis for direction. Both parties agree that there shall be no question of any refund for completed milestones (modules).
Client accepts, agrees and acknowledges that the client shall not have any rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, over any work which is subject to a refund. The developer shall be the sole owner of said work and may use it as required without any permission from the client.
If a client approaches our employees directly, bypassing the company, to complete the job by any external means, the company is not bound to refund the amount already paid. The company is also not bound to refund if the client is in breach of any of the company's policies.
Services offered on special occasions are limited occasion offers and are not eligible for refund in any case.
